Jerry Chan

Senior VFX Artist

Jerry Chan unknowingly began his career when his father handed him a copy of Macromedia Flash 5 in the spring of 2001, insisting that he learn how to make games instead of playing so many of them. After years of animating cartoons, studying classic character animation techniques, and eventually graduating with a degree in animation, he unexpectedly stumbled his way into a career in games in 2010, shortly after graduating, first working on indie games before making his way to Bioware Austin, Toys for Bob, and Riot Games.

Some of Jerry's game title credits include 2XKO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Infinite Crisis, Skylanders: Imaginators, Spyro: Reignited, the Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy, Crash Bandicoot 4, Crash Team Racing, and Call of Duty: WWII.

Jerry recently wrapped up 4 and a half years at Riot's R&D department, and is now working on some new top secret things he hopes to talk about soon!

"It's been an absolute wild journey for me, and I can't wait to share all of the tips, tricks, and stories I've picked up over the years!"
