Watching Disney classics like 101 Dalmatians and Lion King inspired Milena to become a 2D animator. Her studies include a Bachelor's Degree from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). While working towards her Master's degree at Savannah College of Art and Design, she discovered the world of visual effects and pivoted her focus to specialize in animated fx.
Her credits include animated series like Rick and Morty, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Cuphead Show, Agent Elvis and The Puffin Rock Movie for studios like Cartoon Saloon, Titmouse, and JAM Media animation.
Milena's interest in traditional animation intertwines with her love of the Fine Arts and capabilities of the CG world. This passion combined with her kind, optimistic (and sometimes chaotic) personality is the perfect fit for projects that reach and inspire family audiences worldwide.
